Facilitated by Amanda Vigna

Learn practical strategies to better understand and manage anxiety in a supportive, confidential environment. This group focuses on reducing worry, managing stress, building emotional resilience, and developing healthy coping skills using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Through psychoeducation, guided discussions, and skill-building activities, participants will gain greater confidence in navigating anxiety and improving their overall well-being.

Dating & Relationships (For singles ages 20–35)

Whether you're navigating dating, healing from past relationships, or wanting to build healthier connections, this supportive 6-week group provides a safe and welcoming environment to strengthen confidence, improve communication, and better understand relationship patterns. Participants will explore attachment styles, establish healthy boundaries, increase self-awareness, and develop practical skills for creating meaningful, lasting relationships.

Healing After Heartbreak (For individuals ages 18–30 navigating the emotional impact of a romantic breakup or relationship loss)

Facilitated by Andrina Batris

The end of a relationship can bring grief, self-doubt, loneliness, and uncertainty about the future. This therapist-led group provides a supportive and confidential space to process the emotional impact of a breakup, rebuild confidence, and develop healthier relationship patterns. Together, participants will gain practical tools to heal, grow, and move forward with greater self-awareness and resilience.

Grief After Loss (For individuals ages 18+ coping with the loss of a loved one)

Losing someone you love can feel overwhelming, isolating, and life-changing. This therapist-led support group offers a compassionate, confidential space to process grief at your own pace, share experiences with others who understand, and receive guidance through the healing journey. Together, you'll explore healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and find support in a community where you don't have to navigate loss alone.

Living Beyond Cancer (For individuals ages 18+ currently undergoing cancer treatment, those who have recently received a diagnosis, or those transitioning out of remission)

Cancer affects more than the individual—it impacts families, caregivers, loved ones, and support networks alike. Whether you have been diagnosed with cancer, are caring for someone who has, are living with the long-term effects of treatment, or are supporting a loved one through their journey, this therapist-led group offers a safe, compassionate, and confidential space to share your experiences, process emotions, and find strength through connection with others who understand.

Navigating Depression (Adults 18+)

Depression can make even the simplest parts of daily life feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling isolated, exhausted, or stuck. This therapist-led support group offers a safe, supportive, and confidential space to connect with others who understand what you're going through. Together, you'll explore practical coping strategies, build resilience, gain emotional support, and take meaningful steps toward healing, hope, and improved well-being.

6-Week Group: Thursdays – October 8, 15, 22, 29, November 5, 12: 8:00–9:30 p.m.

Perinatal Support: The Journey and Transition to and Through Parenthood

Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring both incredible joy and unexpected challenges. This therapist-led support group offers a safe, supportive space for women to explore the emotional, psychological, and physical transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum while connecting with others navigating similar experiences.

Ideal for:
Women who are pregnant, planning for parenthood, or navigating the postpartum journey.

Strengthening Romantic Relationships

Healthy relationships require intention, communication, and ongoing growth. Whether you attend on your own or alongside your partner, this therapist-led group provides a supportive and confidential space to strengthen your relationship, improve communication, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional connection. Together, you'll learn practical, evidence-based strategies to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships while connecting with others facing similar challenges.
