About Me

Many people reach out for support when life begins to feel overwhelming. You may find yourself constantly overthinking, struggling to quiet your mind, or feeling emotionally and physically drained by the demands of work, relationships, school, or everyday responsibilities. Even when you’re doing your best, it can feel like you’re simply getting through each day rather than truly enjoying it. Others come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, questioning themselves, putting things off, or feeling like they’ve lost confidence in who they are and what they’re capable of.

Relationships can also become a source of stress and uncertainty. You may be finding it difficult to communicate your needs, feeling misunderstood by those closest to you, or struggling to rebuild trust after conflict or hurt. Life transitions, grief, and unexpected changes can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, uncertain about the future, or wondering how to adjust to a new chapter in your life. These experiences can also impact your confidence, leaving you questioning your decisions, doubting your strengths, or feeling unsure of your next steps. Therapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore these experiences. Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s keeping you feeling stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered in your daily life.

When we meet, my priority is creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your current challenges, make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions, and identify patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. My approach is collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to find strategies that fit your unique needs, values, and goals.

Throughout our work, we’ll focus on building practical tools to help you manage life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. This may include learning healthier ways to cope with stress, improving communication and relationships, setting boundaries, strengthening self-confidence, and developing skills to navigate difficult emotions and life transitions. I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time, and my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and able to move forward with greater clarity and confidence, both in our sessions and in your everyday life.
