“Every step forward matters, even the ones no one else can see. My hope is to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and supported as they work through the parts of life that feel heavy, confusing, or difficult to carry alone.”

About Me

Many people come to therapy when life feels overwhelming, stressful, or harder to manage than it used to. You may feel like your mind is always racing, your patience is thinner, or you are carrying more than people realize. Sometimes this shows up as feeling emotionally drained, stuck, easily frustrated, disconnected from others, or unsure how to move forward. For children and youth, these struggles may look like big emotions, changes in behaviour, difficulty at school, conflict at home, or trouble expressing what they are feeling in a way others can understand.

I also support adults, couples, and families who are working through relationship challenges, parenting stress, separation, divorce, blended family dynamics, and major life transitions. These situations can leave people feeling unheard, misunderstood, protective, resentful, or unsure how to communicate without things turning into conflict. Whether someone is trying to rebuild trust, set healthier boundaries, support their child through a difficult time, or make sense of painful family patterns, therapy can offer a place to slow things down and feel less alone.

In sessions, I focus on creating a calm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where people can feel comfortable being honest about what they are going through. I work collaboratively with people to better understand their emotions, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build practical tools for coping, communicating, and responding to challenges in healthier ways. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and strengths-based, with a focus on helping people feel heard, supported, and more confident in the steps they are taking.

With over twenty years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families, I understand that people often come to therapy carrying complex stories. My work is shaped by compassion, careful listening, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I support people in finding small, meaningful steps forward, whether that means managing stress, improving relationships, navigating family conflict, building parenting confidence, or creating more balance and stability in daily life.
