Our heartbreak support group in Vaughan provides adults ages 18–30 with a supportive and confidential space to process the emotional impact of a breakup or relationship loss. The end of a relationship can bring grief, self-doubt, loneliness, and uncertainty about the future. Together, participants will explore practical tools to rebuild confidence, understand relationship patterns, and move forward with greater self-awareness and resilience.

Who Is Our Breakup Support Group in Vaughan For?

This group is designed for individuals ages 18–30 who are navigating the end of a romantic relationship or struggling with the emotional impact of a breakup or relationship loss.

Whether the relationship ended recently or you are still finding it difficult to move forward, this group provides a space to process your experience, better understand yourself, and begin rebuilding after loss.

Dates: Wednesdays, October 7, 14, 21 & 28 and November 4 & 11, 2026
Time: 8:00–9:30 p.m.
Location: In-person at STAR Holistic Services
Cost: $65 per session ($390 total)
Maximum Participants: 10
Minimum Participants: 5

Meet The Facilitator

Andrina Batris

MSW, Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

Andrina is committed to creating a supportive space where clients can slow things down, make sense of difficult emotions, and work through experiences without feeling judged or pressured to open up before they are ready.
Much of Andrina’s work focuses on grief, loss, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She helps clients explore the patterns that can shape their relationships, better understand emotional reactions, strengthen communication, establish healthier boundaries, and reconnect with themselves during difficult periods of change.
Her approach is paced and intentional, with a focus on helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and in control as they move forward.
