As part of STAR’s commitment to providing excellent care and ensuring our workshops run smoothly, we require a minimum of 7 days notice for any cancellations or changes to your workshop registration.
Client Cancellations
More Than 7 Days’ Notice
You may cancel or reschedule your workshop registration by contacting our Admin Team at cancel@starholisticservices.com or 226-272-1444 (calls or voicemails accepted), provided you give at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made with this notice period will not be charged a cancellation penalty.
Less Than 7 Days’ Notice
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled workshop will be charged the FULL workshop fee, with no refund to the card on file. This applies even in cases of illness or emergencies.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of documented emergencies or illnesses (supported by a doctor’s note), the Admin Team may review your situation and consider waiving cancellation fees or offering a partial/full credit toward a future workshop.
Facilitator Cancellations
As part of STAR’s commitment to fairness and accountability, if a Facilitator cancels an appointment within 7 days of the scheduled workshop, the client will receive a $100 discount to put towards rescheduling their workshop. The $100 discount may be waived if the facilitator(s) provides documented proof of illness, emergency, or other valid reason for the late cancellation. Such documentation must be submitted to the Admin Team for review and approval and will be shared with the client.
Deposit Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration for all workshops. This deposit secures your spot and will be applied toward the total cost of the workshop.
