About Me

Many people reach out when life feels heavy and difficult to manage. Their mind may feel constantly busy, filled with worry, pressure, or endless thoughts that make it hard to relax. Even during quiet moments, it can feel like the stress never fully turns off. Over time, this can show up as feeling emotionally drained, irritable, overwhelmed, struggling to focus, or feeling like you are always trying to catch up. Some people are balancing work, school, parenting, or caregiving responsibilities while silently carrying far more than others realize.

Others come to therapy feeling stuck, discouraged, or disconnected from themselves. It may feel harder to get through the day, harder to stay motivated, or harder to feel joy in things that once felt meaningful. Confidence can feel low, self-doubt can become loud, and it may seem like no matter how hard you try, things do not improve. Relationship struggles can also become a major source of stress, whether that looks like repeated arguments, difficulty communicating needs, trust concerns, separation, parenting stress, or feeling distant from the people who matter most. Life changes such as loss, becoming a parent, family transitions, or painful past experiences can add another layer of uncertainty and emotional weight.

Therapy with me begins by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what has been feeling overwhelming, and understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I help people build practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, improve confidence, and respond to challenges in healthier and more effective ways.

When relationships feel difficult, we can work on communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, and rebuilding connection. If life feels heavy or uncertain, we focus on creating balance, strengthening resilience, and identifying realistic steps forward. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to move through life with greater clarity and emotional wellbeing.
